Duties & Responsibilities
- Checking Auction Accounts.
- following sale tax issues.
- tracking pending cases with customers, Auction, and Internal Departments.
- Creating and checking Auction accounts.
- Emailing and WhatsApp Group Monitoring (Customers and Departments).
- Customer Cases follow-up with other Internal Departments.
- Provides quality management services to all internal departments.
- Arrangements of Monthly Reports (Quality Management, Customer Visit Report, Visit arrangement and case follow-up, etc.).
- Creating Invoices and weekly and monthly clearance department reports. ∙ Internal Departments report tracking and maintaining monthly Profit and loss reports.
- Communicate customer issues with the operation team including resolving problems and complaints.
- Preparing & updating the exit paper tracking sheet.
- Take care of all outbound and inbound calls.
- Call the drivers regarding the storage as soon as receiving the storage reports from the Account department and call auctions for car details pick up dates and storage.
- Respond immediately to the customer’s emails, reply to their questions, and update the vehicles on dispatch and PGL system.
Job Requirements
Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Sciences, Finance, English Department, etc. Languages Fluency in English, Skills ∙ Expert in MS Office Programs. ∙ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ∙ Problem solving abilities. ∙ Emailing Communication.Job Type: Full Time
